Might as well be called ClosedStop. You'll never know if the store is open once you wasted gas. Go to Janesville once something is done to this ClosedStop.

We went in to trade in an Xbox, dirty blonde hair guy with dark glasses had no clue what he was doing or just didn’t want to be there. He claimed loudly to my fiance that the Xbox “smelt like cigarettes” but when I stepped in and told him nobody in our house has ever smoked cigarettes quickly turned around what he said. We had to stand there for 30 minutes just to get help. We took the Xbox to a different location and they were extremely nice and had no issues with the Xbox. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you want to trade anything in dude just makes up lies to scam you out of your money.

Have made several trips there in the last week and they have been closed Tuesday was closed before 4pm. As we were walking to the door, employee was pulling the gate closed saying they were closed. But website says open until 8pm.

Everytime I have gone there, it is either closed, or said they will be back when they do not come back. Absolutely bogus of them to do this to me.

Made a long drive to get here and place was closed more than 30 mins early. Hope whoever did that gets fired.

The worst customer service. This older woman with glasses was rude from the minute we walked in. We were a bother to her.Staff like that is the reason they are shutting down more than opening. You will notice this woman. She looks like an ogre and is rude as can be. Go somewhere else!! Just went to Walmart and spent my $75 where it was appreciated!!
