At first everything seemed great. We knew it was going to be expensive just because its H&R block. But never again!!!! They don’t print you out all your tax documents every page! for the money that we paid they can afford the paper. I had to drive to their office twice in one day (with my kids) to get my copeis of my state income tax. John only printed me out 3 pages of 4 pages. When I returned and was working with somebody else to get the 4 th page he joined in and he said well page 4 doesn't really mean anything. He cut me off at every word that I would say. I asked him to let me talk and not cut me off. He didnt want to hear me he rubbed his mustache and said he had a client he had to work with. He was then happy to return to the client he was originally working with. I was working with an elderly man I don’t know his name he seemed irritated and bothered that I requested documents to be printed that did not say across the the pages “scenario only do not file.”I needed these documents for a legal matter no judge is going to look at something that says scenario only and I explain that to John and to the other man. We were ready to go my kids were crying (age 3 and 5) i was talking to them when the old man yelled at my kids. I let him know you do not yell at my kids!!! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!!!!!

H&R Block is the the best place to get your telaxes done. You can just walk in or you can call for appointment eighter way go there for your taxes.
