Pricey automotive work on my mother’s car, also they’re absolutely terrible with updating customers. We waited all day waiting for a call on an update on pricing or the issues and got nothing, and when you call they don’t answer.
Finally got ahold of them and the car was ready, who knows for how long. Mechanic work seemed fine, just don’t want to play phone tag.

They never called me with updates about my car and would not pick up the phone. I had to guess when my car was done and show up all by myself.
