Around 9:00 pm on Sun, Mar 31, I had to wait for my doordash order because the staff that was supposed to be working was instead standing around and talking. This is why I miss Sue and only order while Sandy works or it's 3rd shift crew.

Getting real tired of do you want to use your McDonald's app then ordering and the next person saying order when your ready and not hearing you and getting part of the order right because they can hear the other speaker ordering too. What's with the two lines hurry up and wait? I'm not in the military any more.

I ordered a shake. Not only did I not get it, but it took ages for them to even process that I ordered. Plus all the other drinks we ordered were given to us without straws.

Shout out to Ralph! I stop by this McDonald's a couple times a week, every time Ralph is in it's a party, Ralph is great at order accuracy, is kind and is overall a great employee to have, keep up the good work!

If you go to this mcdonalds expect a few things the food to be cold or stale, if you have a kid make sure you tell them they wont get what they want for a toy because she did not get the adopt me toy instead she got pokemon cards and they did not tell us at all. Fruit flies by the drink machines, nasty restrooms, and employees who are worried about someone liking eachother and gossping over it instead of doing their jobs.

got the gate shut on me while I went to go use the bathroom and the manager refused to raise it back up. she also turned the lobby lights off while a handful of people were still eating, it was barely 10pm. whoever the Asian manager is she needs to get fired.
