Ridiculous trying to get roofing supplies cant even do that, as the guy there helping us (jair) was very unprofessional. Snickering with his buddy behind the counter instead of getting help....

Ridiculous they only have two lanes open yet people are standing around the store doing nothing! They won’t tell any information over the phone about the list of contractors they recommend. You have to waste your time and go out of your way to go in the store for that. This store is the worst!

The staff @ Menards are always helpful w any of my questions. Working in the Trades, there are many hiccups on the job site. The team @ Menards has more then once worked w me to scale up, or scale back my materials. Even providing a new plan for an additional Gazebo. .... You guys Rock

I find all of Menards to be annoying because they only have one entrance which is clear across one side of the building. you guys are causing me to be insubordinate as I am currently walking through your outdoor to get in the store. because I just simply don't feel like 100 ft just to come back for the supplies I need closer to me the other door. the worst layout ever

If I need something I go to Menards they treat me right they have excellent customer service they backed the products they sell and the prices are very reasonable I expect the best and I get the best.

Wally world of home stores located next to Wally world The only one not in direct competition with me. I think corporate has lost it's touch with it's roots. Seems to making a lot of thing rebranded from China. Wonder what's going to happen when tariffs kick in. I have a love hate relationship with them. Not as personable, nor as knowledgeable except what they are pumped with from some of their vender marketing reps and that info is obviously biased. They are geared toward the cheap end. I was told this by a manager at another store. Seems to throw the quality end out the door. Don't like it when they don't replace the burned out lights. Some things are hard to see as it is and it seems you have inspect every square millimeter of every product because oftentimes there are issues. Many you don't notice UNTIL AFTER you get it into different light. I'm beginning to wonder if this isn't by design. Sure you can spend more of your most valuable resource (time), take it back, exchange,,, yada, yada. Place IS NOT CONTRACTOR friendly. Do you really save big money? No, especially when you factor in inferior quality, time to locate and get stuff, then check out, then load up. I can have orders picked! So I have to wade through the crap and waste my time going through the return process. Been there, done that
