My iPhone was not wanting to charger apple would not help me because my screen was cracked and told me they would have to fix both to help me SO I went to on the go mobile repair and they got my phone back up and going with new charger port. Phone works like new :)

Terrible experience! Nick Carnes and this shop is a cheater and thieves. They will replace your original parts with their china parts and will completely destroy the phone. I went it to get my screen replaced for galaxy s8 they destroyed my battery, broke the back glass and messed up tue finger print sensor and then later called me and told me that these all parts were already bad and they can fix them for me.

I was looking at the other comments and decided to give them a try to fix my IPhone 8 and could not be happier only took 4 hours and I think it was a fair price I think that hatters are going to hate but I would recommend anyone to go there they did everything they told me they were going to do and there warranty is great compared to a lot of other places.

I was sceptical of this repair service because of the past negative reviews however, we decided to give them a try thinking things had changed. Long story short, there are other repair service locations that have better prices, far better turn around times and much better customer service. According to the staff at US Cellular, they are a seperate entity so if you decide to pay for "On The Go..." services and become frustrated, don't be mean to the US Cellular staff, they were nice and very patient and should consider removing this company from their association. A battery replacemrnt that the tech said the phone would need and would only take a couple of days turned into a two week charger port replacement and a jammed SIM card missing its holder. I will take my future services elsewhere.

Got my iPhone 6 screen fixed and it is a good as it was when I first got it + got a really good price in the repair. They are really good to work with.
