Seth, store manager of the 4th St. store in Beloit was so friendly and helpful today assisting me with brake light replacements for my SUV. He made sure I purchased the right bulbs and then installed them both. Seth also made sure all other lights were working properly. This is a service provided by O’Reilly but having a knowledgeable, experienced and friendly employee is not always a certainty, today it was! Thanks again Seth

They helped me get back on the road for a crank no start to a beran new runs car even was exalent in getting me the right parts to get my exhaust leak taken care of and helped with the new o2 sercor downstream bung hole for my sensor on my car I recommened William he's one of the managers and recommended getting all your parts from them you definitely get what your money buys

I went in to get ti rods for my car. Brandon was extremely helpful in getting them for me. It was nice to walk in and be treated so well. I will always go here from now on and recommend anyone else too! Always ask for Brandon. Exceptional WORKER!!

Worst customer service, employees don't care to help nor dothey know anyting about their products. They just care about selling you stuff amd getting it over with. Worse location to go to. Better off going to the Auto Zone across the street. Simply Unprofessional

O’Reilly has become my go-to auto parts store. The staff seem knowledgeable and are willing to help. I have enough car knowledge to get me in trouble and they never make me feel d*** regarding my lack of knowledge. I do think that the prices are a little bit higher than others but the customer service makes up for that.
