They got good fuel price but lines ges long.. not a problem. They are super slow for showers had to wait over 2 hrs with 4 ppl ahead.. they just dont wanna clean them when I went inside to ask the guy goes Goodluck i mean common

I give them a little redemption for having a 24hr Tacobell but things like this are not okay. I hate to sound like a karen but running out of SOAP is completely unacceptable, I dont care when you “get your truck” certain things you need to have more than enough until the next one.

You know I woke up at 1:00 this morning and had a good feeling about this day, that was until I walked into the pilot and had to deal with the white guy with a dirty blonde hair and dirty blonde beard. His attitude is something to be desired. I just knew as soon as I walked in and saw him that I was going to have a rough day after I left.

Drivers don’t come here unless you feel like being treated like you are a bother for coming in and trying to take care of your necessities. The lady working in the evening is about as rude and unprofessional as they come. Unbelievable that after all the time and money we as drivers spend here that they would allow this person to still have a job. If you’re that unhappy go work somewhere else. Date 6/4/25 time 10:00 pm. Hopefully Pilot Flying J reads these. You’ll know who the problem is if you do. Unreal!!!

Actually stopped at this pilot during the middle of the day and out of 15 showers not one was clean. The associate tasked with doing them apparently decided he didn't want to be bothered with doing his job. If not for another associate taking it upon herself to help out the waiting drivers, none of us would have gotten any assistance from anyone onsite. Absolutely unacceptable. Almost 2 hours for a shower.

Parking lot two small, don't bother coming late at night, with the few parking spaces that are empty, there is not a lot of room in front to back your trailer in the spots. Employees suck there, Quit your job if you hate working at a truck stop.

Wasn’t able to pump gas after pre-approval done for $50. When asked, I was informed about the refund to come in 24 hrs which never came. When tried to talk to them about it, the lady was super rude and was shouting that you’re wasting my time. Sucks, big time!

Very bad service. No one cleans showers. Had to wait for over an hour and there were 3 showers open but they weren’t cleaning them and just kept waiting to get a shower assigned. Even the workers there don’t care about it.

The customer service was outstanding. The parking isn't that many. You need to get here sooner in the day.

Diesel is cheap but guess what? Is diluted so bad is not Diesel anymore, more like air/water
