I've had them out here at least 5 times. My internet dropped off line 83 times in less then a 48 hour period. This happens constantly. I'm going to US cellular. It's 49.95 a month with out all the extra cost spectrum adds to your bill. They never compensate when your service goes down , a free movie or something would be nice . I'm done with them after 20 years

Our posted are 10 AM to 6 PM. Always closed after 5 o’clock when I go there. Service very intermittent long wait times for assistance. Poor automatic phone system.

Spectrum is a den of thieves and crooks. I had charter internet for 69.99. Spectrum bought them and hiked my rate to 79.99 for the same service. They then bumped it to 89.99 for the same service. The following year they upped it to 109.99 for the same service. How can they justify keeping the same service and inflating the price by 60 percent over 3 years? They screw over existing customers and drum up new business from promos because their existing customer leave. To add insult to injury, when they acquired charter Spectrum sent me a router and modem that I did not want or need because I have my own. They said I should keep it and I would not get charged. Now 2 years later I go to find I should have been monitoring my autopsy because they snuck in the charges for a router and modem they told me I would not be charged for! They know I have not used them because of the IP addresses of the devices but refuse to do anything about it. Worst company ever.

I've been watching three of your employees standing in the road blocking traffic talking laughing joking around on the job doing nothing burning gas no work is being accomplished and we the people got to pay for that

Customer Service was Great, have no issues everytime I go into the store or over the phone, although over the phone the wait can be a little long, but thats the case anytime you have to call custom service it seems.

No matter what you go in there for ... They try to get you to change your phone service... If i wanted to change my phone service id ask them about it... They're pretty pushy about it.

Went there to pay my bill signed in, they called my name and then someone wanted to go and go up there and say oh I need to look at a cell phone. Can you get it out for me instead of the person taking me like they should of done and I'm disabled they went to that gentleman, I'm very dissatisfied with that. Because I thought when you go, you take the customer. You call not the person who just came in and didn't even probably sign in. That made me very turned off by spectrum. Because you're not prioritizing who had been there beforehand you were taking a cut. Another person that wasn't even a customer at that moment, and you didn't even know if they were gonna even start a thing. But you have a sign in box, and people sign in. And you c and then I will send. You're gonna go help someone else. As very inappropriate, it's not customer service. And if there was someone else I could go for my internet. I would go somewhere else because the internet has been choppy as best. And they were out for more than 4 hours. One night and when I called, they said. Oh, if it's more than 4 hours, we'll give you a credit and I didn't get nothing.So we dropped there. Television service and pay weight loss for stuff that we like. And pay a lot cheaper instead of almost $300 a month. We pay 70 plus the internet through them. Which is still cheap enough, but won't even hitting. Maybe 150 between the 2.
