Arrived 11:50 am with 58 miles load, straight through as I was promised and waited till 9 pm, cause nobody was willing to unload me with 1/3 trailer load. Slide tandems to the rear, disconnect red line,sit back and relax for next few hours.

Fast loading, friendly people. Problem is Colley Rd is marked as a no truck route but you only drive down it a half mile to the entrance.

This place is rude don’t care about drivers if you’re late you get rescheduled. I got rescheduled due to weather holding me up and they acted as if I’m god and should’ve made blues sky’s and warm weather. Then proceed to come back at midnight after I got another appointment just to get paper snatched out my hand and practically yelled at like I did something wrong by the lil short heavy set woman apparently I interrupted her dinner or nap or whatever but it was called for

Quick and professional staff, easy backing, just be patient and get your GOAL. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. Parking available about 2 miles away at REST AREA or FLYING J with very spacious parking lot or ROAD RANGER. No over night parking but very big rest area 2 miles away. Unloaded in 45min on time for appointment. Easy to back into dock lot of space between doors.
