Amazing craftsmanship and great customer service. Alex goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. I've only taken my car out a few times but already have people asking where I got such a beefy looking housing. Best bang for your buck out of all the people who make housings and you can see the care and time put into it. It's my favorite part of my car and I couldn't be happier with everything.

Spent a good bit of money with Trick Chassis. Full rear suspension and soon to be be full front trick stuff. Out of all the companies I’ve purchased from, the customer service is top notch. I live kind of close to their building and Alex has no problem with me coming up to pick up parts and give me money back to the exact cent. Even brought him a rear end I bought on Marketplace and he’s giving it the trick treatment. For all those who give less than good reviews, he has a phone number, email, facebook, and instagram. Alex has the busiest phone I think i’ve ever heard wether it’s the shop phone or his cell. Wait a day and reach out again. 5 Star business.

was lied to about shipping out twice then received tracking number then 5 days later ups said that they created a label but never sent the package asked what happened said they would find out 3 hrs still nothing maybe if you're close and drive to him it could be ok don't order from him IT was not shirts it was arb

Very Poor customer service, doesn't not specify on website that the G body 8.8 swap kit if for mustang rear ends only. Then no help with getting the problem figured out, just replied, "not going to work", wants 20% restocking fee and me to pay shipping to return the item. Over $100 to return an item that takes $5 to pay someone to put it back on the shelf, as if he didn't make PLENTY OF PROFIT off the kit I purchased, and then RESELL the SAME KIT for the SAME PRICE and double profits. Just like I was told, they only care about big paying customers and his logo on fast cars! Would not recommend for a garage build call other companies first!!!!
