Overcharged…after I put fuel in it to EXACTLY where it was when I got in it, (pictures to prove it) was charged another 15.75. Never again that’s the 2nd time they’ve done this ti me personally

Failed to have the truck I reserved. Took an hour to figure anything out. They weren't busy, my time just didn't matter to them. Forced me to go through their app even though I was there. App didnt work and I had to put in my info repeatedly. They ended up offering a same sized truck but for an additional 84 dollars. I could go on, but all you need to know is they dont care about you.
