One of the best post offices i have ever dealt with. Whenever i call i get directed straight to the actual post office and not halfway across the world to talk to someone in a different country. Dude who answered held my package and i was able to pick it up as soon as it arrived. These people are great at what they do!

ZERO stars for this post office and the Super rude post office clerk. Had to send my husband to pick up an Amazon package that wasnāt delivered. The USPS website and tracking said āattempted delivery... Being held at post officeā. I was home all day and in fact was outside when the mail truck pulled in front of our apt building but never came to our door.
When my husband asked why they held the package and didnāt deliver it, they couldnāt give an answer. The lady was extremely rude.

Went in there to get my daughter a passport as it states online that they do walk-ins between 3:30pm-4:30pm. We had all of the paperwork and the lady said we donāt do walk-ins even though it was clearly stated online. My husband took a few hours off of work to go with since it is required and they couldnāt fit us in. It was a waste of time and a waste of time for my husband for work. They need to fix their website before other people think they can do a walk-in.

My Brother's cremation remains were shipped from Tennessee via overnight priority shipping from the funeral home. Beloit Post Office had his remains at 1:44 pm, did not deliver them to the address listed for delivery, and did not alert until minutes before closing that my brother's cremation ashes were at the post office for possible pick up. His cremation remains sat overnight on someone's desk. What if it were one of your loved ones?! Their office location is pathetic!

This postal service is very inconsiderate and dishonest. I have Christmas gifts that were suppose to be delivered a certain time. However they keep saying they didn't deliver because of my dog in the front yard... My dog hasn't been in the front yard in a while. I couldn't even surprise my husband. They delivered some packages one week and this week, they are saying I have my dog out..... I've called so many times, but nothing gets done! So disappointing.

Is there any way to give a negative? This is tge worst post office I've ever seen. The postal workers are rude, and lazy. The Post Master refuses to help you. I had to go to the Afton Post Office for help. I've never seen anything so bad.

Just be honest if you don't have time to deliver a package. Lying and saying Front Door/ Drive way not accessible reflects poorly on the postal service, especially when USPS already delivered a package.....
Edit as of 7/13/24. Post office made a claim that we were not home and left a notice. Not only were we home but they left zero notice, no delivery was even attempted. So my review is now 1 star it would be zero if I could.

Nicole mauskstad is very rude and loves making threats to people that say something on fb about workers there not doing their job. Will be showing her attitude to higher ups. So uncalled for for her to be a rude person because more than 1 person have complained that are packages are being delivered to wrong addresses because staff ain't doing their job.
