I recently switched from US Cellular to Verizon, and Trevor made the entire experience so smooth and stress-free! He walked me through every step of the process, helped me with my phone trade-in, and made sure I was getting the best value and plan for my needs, as well as some other accessories I was interested in. Trevor was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly the whole time. There was a customer who was extremely loud and rude to others waiting in line and being helped and he handled it very professionally and I appreciated the fact they didn't let it go ignored. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything and never made me feel rushed, even. though I forgot my passwords to accounts and it took a little longer on my side. Customer service like this is EXTREMELY hard to find!! If you're thinking about switching carriers, definitely go see Trevor at Verizon!

Recently, I upgraded phones for the whole family—and honestly, it was one of the smoother tech experiences we’ve had in a while. Scott is who you need to see! He is great to work with and does everything he can to help all customers.

I told him exactly what I was looking for, and what worked best in my budget and he made it happen. 10/10 recommendation. If you’re looking for accuracy and consistency come to Verizon.

Recent update from an iPhone I got from Verizon got rid of timers on the camera.
No more way to take photos without buying more gadgets, for something the phone had before this update.. stop selling people garbage that can be changed with no regard to your contract or what we bought.
Do better. If the product you sold can change at any time than you have no right making contracts about said product.

Our Verizon rep (Scott T)'s car got totaled in the parking lot while he was helping my dad and I. 10000/10 service. I felt so bad for Scott dealing with police, the tow truck, insurance, and the shock of it all happening and he STILL stayed with us till we finished a phone line transfer. Give this guy a raise! I would not have been able to stay focused with a customer while dealing with all that. Poor guy needs a new car now. For real though, give him a big raise lol

I went to turn in my old phone after having bought one online. I was told they couldn't receive it because I was not a manager on the account. One of the other workers went on to tell me I should have just come in and done it all in the store. Stated I have not had good experiences in store and choose to do stuff online. He seemed offended by that statement and just came at me harder and even “tsked” at me like I was wrong. I was told I would have to have someone from the account turn it in at a corporate store. WELL today my husband went to turn it in and he did not need to be a manager on the account, they just asked for a number on the account and accepted the phone. Thank you for proving why I feel like I can never get anything accomplished by going into the store and I definitely will not be going to the Beloit location if I do need to go to a store, simply because when I expressed my previous experiences he tried to tell me I was wrong and to me that is not appropriate customer service.
