They never ordered my meds for 5 days now it’s been a week and I have been sitting here for 30 minutes and nobody is here, even tho hours say 8am-10pm. They make their own hours and come and go as they please. False advertising for sure on website and signs on window. Do better by the customers

Pharmacy treats customers like they have no time for them. The whole phone messaging is messed up. I finally got my prescriptions filled after 2 weeks, and told them prescription 3 was just filled, wouldn't need it for 90 days. That night I got a message it was ready for pickup

This is the busiest Walgreens in Janesville so make sure you have adequate gas in the car and patience of a saint if you are using the pharmacy. You'd think in 100 years of business Walgreens would have figured out how to have a more efficient operation. They are understaffed and only offer a paltry $1250 sign-in bonus. They must treat employees like they treat customers.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service. Just leaving from my 4th visit for the same prescription in a week. Thank goodness it's not life and death. They cannot figure out how to run 2 insurance coverages. Then they lie about what they did and what the response was by the carrier. It's ridiculous. If I didn't know enough to be persistent, we'd be stuck paying over $60/month instead of $20 as our 2nd coverage needed pre-approval. Had I believed the load the first person tried to serve me, we'd have lost our window on the coverage and this is something that will be long term. Maddening!�
