Where did the little shopping baskets go? I miss them. They were quick easy and light for smaller orders. Shopping less enjoyable without them.

Had last minute photos to print for our mothers funeral. Couldn't figure out how to get 50 photos from the over 4000 that downloaded. Keep in mind, this was 1 hour before closing time. Manager James & another associate helped us step by step until we were able to print out & checkout just in time. So glad there are still good people around. Thanks

Took a friend there. Hadn't been in a while. Short staffed in the pharmacy department. Much faster up front.

Had to go here for the covid Rapid antigen test for overseas travel..Pharmacy clerk was very dismissive when I explained our needs. And made me wait every time I had another problem with their online appointment process..I guess if you don't have online access, you would just be out of luck. Plus they charge $130 for the test that you can do at home for $15.And when I tried to print the results the headers were fine, the rest was illegible.....

The problem with writing reviews is that when you get good service a person has no reason to complain about service. You get bad reviews when the exceptions occur. I have been with this location for quite some time now and I have gotten mostly excellant service, certainly not bad service. I work in Beloit, but live 20+ miles from here. The location is convenient for me, but would like to start receiving my prescriptions via mail, but they do not mail to out of state. I unfortunately live 3 miles into IL. so in order to get my prescriptions mailed I have to move to a Walgreens in a IL location. Too bad, I like this pharmacy and like most places they are short staffed, but I am a patient man!

So I recently moved to Beloit and in doing soy transferred eight of my prescriptions to this pharmacy in doing so I was given a prescription for 120 pills once a month and when I started going to this pharmacy it was switched to 60 pills twice a month as I work 62 hours a week I did not catch it at first and then when I did I called the pharmacy and asked why I was being charged four times for something that I should have only been charged two times four when my script was for 120 tablets why was I only getting 60 at a time? They gave me the runaround and then proceeded to say oh well we didn't have enough to fill it all, so that inquired why they did not put and I owe you sticker that put that they owed me a certain amount of pills before a certain amount of date and then inform me that they did not have the entire script but they would order more on their next supplies so they would be able to continue to fill my prescription in it's entirety, they did not inform me, I used to work in a pharmacy whenever we were short supplies and we didn't have enough to fill the clients prescription we always put an IOU on there that stated we did not have it until this date which was when we got our next truck with the supplies on it which we had then added this to the order so that way we would be able to cover the entire prescription at once and then we would inform the client that we were in fact not giving them their entire prescription when they came back to get the rest of their script they also were not charged an additional script charge because they already paid for the entirety of the script before, so I asked them about this and they gave me a runaround and so finally I asked in a very short clipped raised voice tone why I was being charged four times in 2 months for a prescription for 120 tablets, she finally told me that they did not have it in supply they have then sent it a request over to my doctor for him to rewrite the prescription for 60 tablets every two weeks so they could fill my script without having to order more supplies costing me twice the amount and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional do not recommend do not go here if you expect any kind of quality or professionality

DO NOT recommend. We moved to the area a few months ago and had used Walgreens at our previous location so we chose this store because it's close. Apparently a mistake. Several problems including having to wait in long drive thru lines. They've also made several mistakes. I got a prescription for 20 Amoxicilin Clavulanate 3 days ago. I have taken 7 pills up to this point and just noticed that there are only 5 left in the bottle so they had only filled 12 instead of 20! Now I have to go into the store and deal with yet another problem.Another example was I tried to give them a new card number for Express Pay but the tech said she had to have the actual card. Then a week later another person helped me and it worked fine. Just a few examples of their incompetence.2 stars instead of 0 because one of the pharmacists has been knowledgeable, patient and helpful while trying fix their stupid mistakes. I suggest they just close the pharmacy to avoid lawsuits. We're switching pharmacies.

It seems like every time I come to pick up my prescriptions through the drive-through I wait at least a 1/2 hour. They have cars are backed up into the road totally ridiculous. Then while you're at the drive-through they ask you for your last name, first name, date of birth, street live on including address, and your phone number. So anybody next to you or behind you that may have their windows down can overhear all of now your personal identify information. You all but have to yell it so they hear you.

Normally I am happy with my experience at Walgreens but today was not the same I had a prescription that was ready to be filled and I called to see if it could be filled before my husband left to go out of town because I needed the prescription and the lady on the phone was not very nice she said that they would not be able to do it for 2 hours when she first told me an hour so I said well is there any way that we could do the hour that way my husband can get it before he leaves town no she said and I'm like okay so that my husband leaves to go out of town and I get a message from Walgreens saying that my prescription was ready why couldn't she just sent it to operate on the phone with me I don't understand it I've done nothing but been nice to those people down there and it really kind of ticked me off I don't drive so there was no way I could get to it to get my prescription I seriously I'm thinking about going to a different Pharmacy because this is ridiculous the way that they treat people down there sometimes not a happy customer right now

I had a covid test here but for whatever reason I had to go back and retest thereby wasting my gas and time. I was not informed of my results so after waiting a couple of days I actually had to call THEM. Most unprofessional. I guess that's what you get with a ghetto Walgreens.
