Walmart Supercenter offers a wide variety of products and the convenience of being a one-stop shop. Customers appreciate the low prices, especially on custom cakes, and the helpfulness of the auto department workers. The store accepts SNAP EBT cards and provides online grocery ordering with options for same-day delivery and pickup. Walmart+ members enjoy free delivery and pickup, with no markups on groceries. However, some customers find the store crowded and difficult to navigate due to merchandise displays in the walkways. Recently, shoppers have noted that the shelves are often not fully stocked, and the store can be a wreck, with tremendous freight on the floor making shopping challenging. This situation sometimes causes customers to pick up only what they need and leave quickly, instead of browsing or impulse buying. The parking lot is usually busy and chaotic, and occasionally, bag checks at the door are performed, which some find inconvenient. Customer service experiences vary; some customers encounter long wait times at the customer service center and find it hard to get through on the phone. Many also mention that associates can sometimes be rude or unhelpful, especially the younger staff, which adds to the frustration. Despite these issues, most customers are able to get what they need, but they often prefer shopping at other stores like Target or Jewel due to the overall store conditions and customer service.

The Walmart Supercenter has most anything you would want or need. I just picked up a baking potato, an onion, some broccoli and mushrooms. I am cooking steaks on an open wood fire and needed them to complete the menu.
