“I’m so thankful and impressed by this place. My son is a student at UW Platteville and he got into a minor accident. After calling all over the place and getting the run around from shops in the area I finally was sent to Cuba City Collision and Repair and WOW! What service! I called Joel on the phone and they were able to look at my sons car and get it in right away ( WAYYYY sooner than the other shops) and worked with insurance to get things squared away. They had all this done within a few weeks… while a third shop had quoted us two months at minimum and a fourth just simply refused to even look at it. Forever grateful these guys were able to work with my son and get him back on the road safely. Shout out to Joel and Brian… this momma from far away THANKS YOU! Clearly service like this is lacking in the area and you all stand out far above the rest!!!!”
“I heard a horrible noise coming from my right front tire and brakes. I called the shop and David told me to bring it in. When I pulled up, he heard the noise and instantly knew that a stone was lodged somewhere inside the caliber/brake pad assembly. Once the tire was removed and the area was inspected, he was correct and two small stones popped out and the problem was solved. I’m pretty sure the dealer would have told that I needed new brakes for $1200.00.
