My wife and I just moved up to Green Lake after retirement. We moved into an old house full time after using it as our get away, but I never had time to really get “hands on” with the upkeep. I had a lot of learning to do.
I would like to tell you how much I appreciate the service I received from your Berlin store. I specifically would like to thank Mike DeHaven for taking the time and sharing his expertise in helping work through projects I felt I could not finish. He is quite patient, understanding and most importantly non-judgmental that not everyone has his experience in home maintenance. I will always travel the extra miles to go to Berlin and find Mike if/when I need help.
He is a good guy and a credit to your business.

Nice folks but sloppy. The keys they cut only work 25% of the time, the seed corn I bought had worms in it, and lots of things aren't priced.

I needed a new cartridge for my kitchen faucet and Ace Hardware in Berlin was the only store in my area that had one in stock. When I confirmed this by telephone, I was told that the store would close before I could drive there from Oshkosh. I asked them if I could give them a credit card number and have them set it outside at closing for my pick up. They were happy to do this for me despite it not being their policy to take credit cards over the phone. I was very impressed with the courteous service, I picked up the part and had my faucet operational in short order! I would highly recommend this store!

Great customer service! Went here for animal bedding, asked a lady if they have any, she said they don't but gave me other ideas for bedding for my small animals. She went out of her way to suggest that and I am very thankful for her!
