My first experience at Weiss Meats was great! All the employees were kind, attentive and answered all my questions. I grabbed burgers this time and I'll definitely be back for more in the future. Very impressed.

Hands down the best and freshest buns I've ever bought.
I came in on a Friday afternoon out of curiosity . I ended up leaving with a pan of mac/cheese, mac/cheese brats and a pack of buns. The mac/cheese was good but a bit rich and thick for my taste BUT it was great ingredients, good price and decent value. The mac/cheese sausages were exactly as advertised - a little strange but what could I expect? The snap on the sausage was perfect and you could tell they use quality meat.
I look forward to trying some of their traditional options like italians, jalapeno/cheddar and normal brats. Again, buns were out of this world. We bought them on Friday, used on Sunday and still ridiculously soft and delicious. 5/5

Some of the best sausage and rolls you'll find. Not tiny sausages either.
Only downfall are slightly limited hours and options. But you deal with that because they have great quality and taste!!!

Some of the best brats I've ever had. It's hard to eat a grocery store brat after you try these. It's nice to see the owners behind the counter, they always remember us. I tell everyone I know about this place.
