“The people in this garage were nothing short or AHHHH-MAZING!!! We came in from NC back in mid-June for my father's funeral. On our way up, our thermostat went out. We needed repairs, and quickly, we were short on time.
On the drive up, Lord knows I had plenty of time, I made phone calls attempting to make an "urgent" appointment for repairs. I cannot even tell you how many calls I made. But then... I called KJB, Melissa was super kind and patient with my frustrated self. She said she had to call me back to give me the information I needed. AND SHE DID!!! They were able to work our vehicle in the next day!!! PTL
We arrived to our cabin, unloaded the vehicle, and immediately dropped it off to the garage. Those amazing people got right to it and called me with a few hours. We were able to pick it up again that evening.

“Very nice service, went to get my radiator and heater core flushed for my ford taurus, only costed $100 and was done in about 5 hours. Now the heat in my car actually works, thank you. Make sure you call for an appointment cause I had to wait a week, which was no big deal for me. They also take card, if anybody was wondering.”

“If you find yourself in a pickle, THIS is the place you need to call. I came up to Black River all the way from Chicago and burst a tire. I had no way to change the tire, my spare was also flat, and my family was 5 hours away. This place seriously saved my butt. He showed up in 30 mins to the woods where I broke down and was able to change my tire at his shop. I was able to get back on the road in less than an hour and make it home safe. I would give this place a million stars if I could!”

I didn’t even know this place existed because of the location, but apparently, they moved to the highway where the old Speedbump was, which is great—they deserve a store frontage. “Nobody wants to get tires repaired the day after Christmas. But we needed help and the crew at the Black River Falls, WI Walmart Auto Center were understanding, very fast, and kind. They found the shard of metal we’d driven over on I-94, got us replacement tires in-and-out in less than 40 minutes. Oh, and the guy cleaning the family restroom was very pleasant as well.”
