Black River State Forest great place to hike and drive the fire roads. Camp areas are clean and quiet, availability to camp anywhere allows total peace. Trail comes to stop at top, looks out over forest for miles, scenery truly breathtaking. No other person seen or heard all day or night. Beautiful scenery and very beautiful trails. And camp areas are quiet.

    Loved camping here! We stayed at east fork right next to the river!

    Great place to hike and drive the fire roads! Camp area’s are clean and quiet. Needed firewood but no one was there and it was locked up!

    Beautiful state park. Availability to camp anywhere allowed me to camp in total peace. Did not see or hear another person all day or night
