Went to open new accounts, you needed an appointment to get into the lobby. How convenient! Took our business down the street to where we could walk right into the lobby!

My husband and I have been members of the credit union since 2012 or 2013. We love doing business with them. They have such a smooth loan process and everyone is always helpful at all of their multiple locations. They work hard for their customers and will always do their best to provide options even for people who don’t have the best credit. Love the CCU and all of its employees!

My main reason for joining this bank was to do on-line bill payments. I joined in 2017 and haven't had a problem until now. The Mobil App has a serious programing error since the last update and no one can fix it or will attempt to fix it. So, why even have an App?

I don’t think they are good service every time I use my debit card there’s money in my account they turn around and say there’s not enough money in my account. They never get my account right and ti charge me just to have a debit card is ridiculous.

Very disappointed with the loan / home buying process. Poor communication, less than prompt with important / essential notifications. Kind of stuck now. Wouldn't use them again for a home loan. Services associated with basic savings and checking seem fine.

They are no good they don't want to do there job on closing a bank account and when you don't live anywhere near them and they take money out of a person account so they are no good

Whoever is with this bank watch out Stacy is loan department is a liar tells you one thing and does another her supervisor Kim is backing her which is right to a point and her supervisor Kris is doing the same so if you have anything in this bank leave before they take your money and run.

Love this bank!!!! I opened my account in 2011/12 and even tho I moved over a hour away I refuse to change banks!!! They are always there when I need them the most and that’s what I want/need in a bank!!!! Thank you to all who work there!!!

Custom service that is second to none! They excel at every level. I've moved my personal and business accounts here due to the level of service they provide. Only bank I've ever had that would take time to call you and let me know I had a payment tying to clear and the had insufficient funds and ask if I'd like them to transfer funds. Over site on my end and they even took it upon themselves to even credit the NSF fee without me asking. I was just happy to have avoided the embarrassment of a returned check. Excellent rates as well. Just a great pace to do business!
