Does not return phone calls, very hard to get ahold of, handed me my undone taxes 5 days before the 15th of April, and very unprofessional-gossips to no end. :(

Patti does great work and has done my taxes for the last 3-4 years! I love going there! She remembers my name, asks about my family and always has a smile on her face! And Melanie is one of the friendliest receptionists I've ever met, can't say enough good things about Patti's Tax Service!
