“I made arrangements online to rent a truck from another location, but Uhaul sent me here, because they had what I needed. Uhaul also made arrangements for me to pick up from a drop-box on the front of the building. Once I installed their app and answered twenty questions, it gave me a pin for the drop box. After that, piece-of-cake. The truck was clean, started up & ran fine. Seamless. I didn't have to wait for anyone and everything was ready when I showed up. Best experience yet.”
