We have used BMM for our pork, venison, and beef for the past 3 years now. My only complaint is the amount of unchewable gristle and bone chunks in our ground products. We will be requesting fine ground our next order. We hope this helps or we will look for another butcher.

Love love everything that I've tried... brats, hot dogs- regular or chili cheese, bacon- oh the bacon... so so good! Steaks, ham, jerky... all delicious!
