I visit Bloomer twice a year from Las Vegas & go to Kathy to cut my hair. She cuts it exactly how I want it or she will tell me that style will not work on my hair. I like her honesty & her years of experience!

I go tanning here and I also get my eyelashes done by Nicole! Absolutely would highly recommend
