Last winter, we had some issues with our well and Hermsens provided great service. It didn't matter that it was on a Saturday. They were out to work on it very quickly. I couldn't have asked for better responsiveness. When we decided to get a new well, Hermsens recommended a driller who did a great job and got us scheduled relatively quickly. After the new well was drilled, Hermsens got it hooked up and working perfectly. I'm completely satisfied with their advice and service throughout the process. They did a great job!

I would like to thank you guys for all that you have done, most companies are trying to do anything they can so they can send you a bill. I had my water heater go out yesterday and you did everything you could to make sure that you minimize my cost by making sure all my information was over the phone to the point where I was able to repair the part myself as well saving me more money in the long run. My problem was GE problem, not a Hermsens Ace Hardware problem. However, Hermsens went above and beyond to help me get it resolved ( and it was resolved). They could have easily said no, we didn't sell this; we aren't going to help, but they didn't. They helped me! It was customer service at the highest level possible. I can't say enough good about how much they helped and how wonderful I was treated. I will be sure to tell everyone about the A+ service they give.

Not a single call or care. Spend nothing here! 4 months I have waited for service to my heater. Here we are with a storm with subzero Temps and these scumbags can't be bothered to respond. I'll happily spend my money elsewhere, knowing they get nothing. I have had no heat for months.
