“Some of the best customer service I’ve had when working with auto shop people. Usually they are distant and rough around the hospitality edges. Ryan and his main worker (I forget his name), always communicate what is going on with the vehicle in a way I can understand. Always a thorough and honest job. The only thing I would change is the scheduling. Sometimes there is an issue, but it is worth the wait because his prices beat anywhere I’ve ever gone before. “I took my car in for a rear noise.They suggested it was the tires,also had them check a few other things,so it looked like new tires,and brakes,also front and rear alignment, well after they they got into it,they found that the rear brakes were ok,and also just needed the front alignment, this saved me quite a bit,and definitely appreciated that.”
