Ordered 4 pizzas on our way to a Christmas party. When we got there we were told we already picked up, they gave our food to someone else. So we were told it would be 20 minutes to remake our food and that they didn't know how to give us a refund, so they would give us a credit. 30 minutes later we had our pizzas and arrived late to our Christmas party. The pizza was good, however. Thought we would give it another try tonight and there was no credit on our account. We called and they said the manager (who was on duty that night and promised us the credit) hadn't entered it and there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service. I've worked retail and fast food before and this would have never been acceptable service.

They have some of the slowest gas pumps ive ever seen. The was no hot food, i mean absolutely 0 i wasnt being picky. They also dont make any tea like theyre supposed or keep the lemonades stocked. I didnt even check anything else but i could be pretty sure it wasnt there

Casey's has an awesome breakfast burrito, and all the Casey's I've been to have been great, but somehow this Casey's totally rocks their burritos. I can't say what's different but they totally have it goin' on at this location. If you're traveling by this location...stop!

A very clean Casey's. Both the slushy and the soft drink were out of service. The place was clean. I was taking pictures for my Google review and one of the associates asked me if they could help me. It's kind of funny that they're worried about pictures being taken when they've got 500 cameras all over me everywhere on the property. It's funny how everybody gets upset about pictures being taken. But I can't be upset because I'm on video 100% of the time I enter the property until I leave.

Nice and friendly staff, clean environment, but their hot breakfast availability leave a lot to be desired. I was here last week and was assured that they have the breakfast pizza until 10am, so today I stop in just before 9:30 and of course, no breakfast pizza slices. They are willing to make a whole pizza pie, however I don’t have that much time nor do I need to eat an entire pizza. I won’t/Don’t have the availability to store the left overs while traveling. Super disappointing again here today.

I was in the store and Kayla (girl with the long black hair) decided to talk bad about me me after leaving the store. She didn't know I was with someone who heard her saying she was going to kill me, and other negative things. The person I was with asked her to stop and she continued to talk bad about me. What a unpleasant experience my friend had. She was absolutely shocked that someone could be so unprofessional. She never wants to go back to this location in bule mounds wi.

Casey’s itself is nice, but the people that work at this location simply hate people. It’s stupidly blatant that it’s become a running joke, a silly game in town. Every time I’ve bought something here, the staff never speak to me. NOT A SINGLE WORD. I’m interrupting their texting and they get so mad that I would like to make a purchase. No “hello” or anything, no total, no “thanks for coming in”… to this day, no employee has said a single word to me, and I’ve been here about 10 times now. Just frowns and eyerolls. I just don’t get it, Casey’s has good stuff, the app is friendly, then you come into this store and treated as the bane of the employees existence. Fix your store!
