It was 9:52 tonight. All I needed was to run in and grab some dog and cat food. I get to the door and the guy closing up shuts it in my face and locked it. He then yelled “we’re closed for the night” through the door.
I ran over to family dollar right across the block and went in at 9:55. Grabbed my pet food and was home and sat down on my couch at 9:59.
I understand wanting to be home after work, but shutting the door in someone’s face and yelling through the locked door is ridiculous.

I was not greeted as I walked in I found the product that I needed as I come up to the counter her phone rings and she steps outside to have a cigarette I patiently waited ringing the bell twice a nice gentleman came to the counter to help me. But I feel that it was more important for the woman to have a cigarette when her phone rang even though customers were in the store

Second time going into the store that day and both times prices on display did not match at checkout. I hope they get shut down after the family dollar opens! Good luck for your future anyways when their store is literally a block away

Dirty, unorganized and customer services sucks. They just talk to each other while checking out customers. Big containers In front of a lot of the shelves so you can’t get to what you need and if you find what you need it’s either really low in stock or not in stock at all. The store needs to be bigger and they need more help like everywhere else.

Extremely busy location.Not enough employees on the floor to keep stock put on the shelves.Recently the store has been very messy,With usually only one employee to work the register and put away new inventory.

Such a state of despair. There is more inventory on the carts blocking the isles than on the shelves. What a dangerous situation for the shoppers. The floors in the store haven't been swept or mopped in a very long time. They are disgusting and I've seen floors cleaner in a barn. I am willing to bet this is a result of inadequate staffing, however it is not safe to be in that store.
