“Don't believe the bad reviews. Lucas is an expert in his field. He and his family have rebuilt transmissions for my family for generations. The pricing, service, and warranty was always fair. The practical, expert advice is invaluable. Read his responses to the "complaints" - he is obviously concerned about standing behind his work and customer satisfaction. I hadn't been to his shop in years... transmissions have gotten better I guess. He didn't recognize me as a previous customer, but treated us like we were an important customer.
