“This isn't your ordinary repair shop! Kody is the most honest person. We took our truck in for breaks,because we was told we needed breaks. So Kody took the wheel off and came got my husband and showed him the breaks still had half life left. So we didn't need to change them yet. He didn't charge us anything for that visit. Today 3-4 months later I took the truck in and he changed the breaks and for way less then any other repair shop around!”

“Airtec in Rice Lake used to hold rides. When we were new to SxSs. That was pleasurable. We bought our 1000XP from the Menomonie store. They were nice enough. I have used their parts department a time or two. I know someone who one day walked around looking at machines for about 45 minutes. He was asked if he needed anything and he told them he was just looking. He said they let him, he appreciated that.”
“I am so happy with the whole process of fixing my car after I hit a deer. I kept getting updates on the progress and any set backs. I was going on a road trip and wasn't sure if it would be done in time but then I got a call the night before leaving telling me it was done. They worked late to get it done and I appreciated everything they did for me. Their little greeter Bill was also very friendly. I would 100% recommend bringing your vehicle here.”

In fact, I feel pretty sure they charge as close to the minimum amount they can while still paying their employees a living wage and staying in business. I am never worried that they’re selling me something I don’t need or don’t need yet. If I could give them six stars I absolutely would.”

“I've had my vehicle brought here for a variety of services including replacing tires, repairing tires, oil changes, and brake inspection. Every time I've been satisfied with the service and the follow up information. Trustworthy and reliable.
My only complaint is that almost every time I've tried to book an appointment online, I get a call saying that time isn't available even though it allowed me to book online. Best to schedule appointments over the phone.”

What an amazing team this dealership has put together!! 2 years ago we bought our first vehicle here (Ram) and Dawn was an amazing saleswoman. She found me exactly what I was looking for even though the options package I wanted was not very common. Since that time Erin (Service) and her team have treated us far beyond our expectations with all of our vehicles not just the Ram. This level of service is what brought us back for our most recent purchase. Michael “Westy” has been excellent to work with during the past few months as we waffled back and forth on the purchase of a new Wagoneer. He was patient and never pressured us as we popped in and out different times for several month's. Even Steven the general manager has always made time for us and helped us navigate through questions and decisions regarding such big investments. There are too many great people at this dealership to list but let me tell you that if you are in the market for their brands of vehicles you will not find a better team or have a better buying and service experience. Ryan Fernholz, our service writer, did a phenomenal job of not only getting the recall item taken care of quickly, but also listened to our concerns about a separate issue. He quickly had a technician figure out the issue, and he called our extended warranty company to get authorization to make the necessary repairs immediately. Ryan did a phenomenal job of addressing our concerns quickly and conveniently. Service today was above and beyond. This was our first visit to Johnson Motors, and we will definitely be customers for life when it comes to future service and car purchases.”
“Melvin and the rest of the crew on Saturday 2/8/25 were truly amazing. They went Above and beyond for my family, we had been stranded on the side of the road during a blizzard for over four hours. Once we got towed into the service center they had us back on the road within half an hour. They’re so accommodating as my mom is elderly and can barely walk. They pulled our vehicle up to the door so she didn’t have to walk as far. The customer service was just phenomenal from the moment I called to get prices to getting the tire replaced. Thank you!!!”
