Brandon Meats & Sausage Inc. is a local butcher shop, meat market, and meat processor that has served Brandon, WI since 1985, when it was purchased from Menke Processing. From the day the store opened, they have established an excellent reputation in the area for quality fresh meats, including all cuts of beef, pork, poultry, and seafood, as well as processed and smoked meats such as summer sausage, wieners, brats, beef jerky, and snack sticks. The business also features deli meats and cheeses, over a dozen ham products, great savings on meat bundles, gift boxes, and pizza. They also process deer/venison, beef, pork, lamb, and goat meat brought in by area farmers. Customers praise the store's excellent selection, great customer service, and the high quality of their products, especially the tender steaks, flavorful Cajun chicken, and the exceptional beef jerky that is considered among the best in the state.
