Brandon Meats & Sausage Inc. is a local butcher shop, meat market and meat processor that has served Brandon, WI since 1985, when it was purchased from Menke Processing.
From the day the store opened they have established an excellent reputation in the area for quality fresh meats, including all cuts of beef, pork, poultry and seafood, to processed and smoked meats such as summer sausage (9 varieties), wieners and brats (44), beef jerky (9) and snack sticks (12).
We also feature deli meats and cheeses, over a dozen ham products, great savings on meat bundles, gift boxes, pizza and so much more.
We also process deer/venison, beef, pork, lamb and goat meat brought in by area farmers.
