“Excellent service from friendly employees. And to answer the question from the 1 star review, yes you must mail a prepaid, preprinted label on the day it is generated and printed. I generate new labels from over the weekend on Monday, it takes all of 5 minutes for 20+ labels...no big deal. This has been a thing since I started using a Pitney Bowes machine when selling on eBay back in NJ in 2000. As a daily customer with multiple packages. I know the employees by name & honestly they make an otherwise tedious errand fun & pleasant. Thank you Wendy, Charles. Trevor & Mercedes!”
