They took away self check out and the staff is really bad about checking to see if people are in need to check out. Maybe put a bell up front so people can at least alert the cashier there is someone at the register?

Scanned my nicotine gum in the self register and it said someone will be with you shortly. Should probably correct that to "you have to go find an employee to help you". The employee I found must not have been old enough so she called her boss over to do it. They both stood behind the counter mumbling to each other and then both walked off in opposite directions. After about 5 more minutes the self register started a countdown and then said "register now closed". Both employees still gone. How is this place even in business? Tuesday Oct. 3 at 11:50 am

As a previous assistant manager there I can say the manager is very rude to not only his staff but also to customers and vendors. The other 2 assistant managers and 3 other employees left due to the manager also.

Went in to get a card. Card selection was very low. My wife mentioned something to the cashier named Joey. His response was " yeah the card selection is low because our computer system isn't working right Karen.". Hopefully corporate will address this.

Very unhelpful. I would say even condescending & rude. Had to search the store asking for checkout assistance and then both the Lady and Man working acted like I was bothering them. Will avoid shopping here at all costs.

if it says in stock call first ! went for a gingerbread house that said it was in stock, couldn't find it so i asked an employee. they said it was in back but they wouldn't go and get it for me?♀️

Nice new store, good selection. However isles are so narrow that you feel claustrophobic. I don't plan on stopping here again in the near future.
