Mac in service has come through in a pinch for me, twice now. Diagnostic and service was done in a timely manner. They also were very open, upfront, and communicative of all delays, options, and costs involved.

Great, friendly and helpful service staff. The maintenance staff does excellent work, in a timely manner. They go into great detail when investigating a problem. They also went the extra mile in helping find an item for my Explorer and was able to get it within 48 hours! They exponentially out perform those bigger dealerships!

Can't recommend Horn Ford highly enough. With 2 major Ford dealers in the Fox Valley area, they seem to look at service as an after thought. Horn Ford knows my name, advises when something unexpected needs attention and never tries to force you to buy parts or service you don't actually need. Give Mac a call and see the small town difference for yourself. A 15 minute ride from Appleton WI, delivers the best service around.

Truly a Gilligan's island of castaways.Update 6/7/23True, my truck was inside, and yes, he told me it was taken apart. This is what Matt said.He told me my truck was 1/2 done or taken apart. I declined the loaner because I didn't need it.So what if I declined it.It wouldn't have made you work faster or extremely slower.Anyways when I requested my truck be put back together, it only took the tech 6 minutes to get it outside, back into my possession..... I know this cause i walked outside to make a call.I don't understand why I can get my truck so fast when "it was taken 1/2 way apart. ".. hmmm, it makes you wonder if they charge by the hour or by the alloted time it takes to install new part........................................They ordered part and took about a month to get to the dealership, I think,I initiated the first contact to get my 2021 f150 fixed.When I called to see if part was in, sure enough it was,Originally, i was told job would take 1.5 hours to complete.Appointment @ 10a.m.Dropped off at 8a.m.Came back to business at 130 p.m.The truck was not even worked on.Was told work would only take 1.5 hours to complete again. Was not going to wait another 1.5 more hours.Ended up taking my truck cause I need for my business,Poor time management.The service advisor did not even know what was going on. He was confused as to who, what , and when how jobs were delegated.I'm never doing business there again!. I'd rather drive 2 hours to have any professional work done to my 2021 f150.There is no excuse for this.Everything was in order, the replacement unit, the time, and still nothing done.Sad , disappointed, unreliable service department!

The people ( mechanics) were very kind and treated me like a person. They were very knowledgeable on all accounts and helpful. If I need a mechanic I will go to horn ford only ever.

Better than other Ford Dealers in the area, great service, costs less than others in the area. Smaller dealer, make an appointment. Highly recommended!

Took my car there to get the power steering fixed scheduled 2 weeks in advance and when I called the day after my appointment was scheduled and they still hadn't even taken a look at it. Then they gave me a call that they found some broken wires and couldn't move forward because they couldn't find the schematics. All they did was take the wiper cowling and a few other things off to look at the wires better then back on then charged 2.8 hours of labor. They also put in a new battery and charged labor that wasn't a part of that 2.8 hours. Best part yet I went to start the car and the battery was dead. When i asked if a new battery was covered under Warranty, the service adviser couldn't even give me a straight answer. Mechanic is probably lazy and paid by the hour and they off set that taking it out on the customer. $425 later I got an overpriced diagnostic and a dead battery. Back to square one.

Thank you Paul for going above and beyond to deliver my boat to North Georgia! On the day of delivery the rain was pouring and it was cold (for N Ga). Not only did Paul carefully remove all the wrapping applied for protection during transport, he stopped by the gas station to fill the tank, and then helped us get our old boat out of the water. We were all soaking wet and cold in the end, but he didn’t complain. He took the time to teach us about our new boat and reviewed all the paperwork. It is rare to see a company’s customer service so outstanding. I highly recommend Horn Ford!Lisa Reisman

Horn Ford is an "old school" small town car dealer in my experience. All of my dealings with them have been very straightforward and I can trust them. The service department is a particular strong point.
