Made a point to get there before 4:15 close to drop off an order; only to have it sit there for 24 HOURS! 😡 No one at counter and another package not being scanned (pre labeled) when handed over… can’t get in after hours to get boxes if needed. I’ve just tried now to use the Menasha PO near my workplace instead of this run around.

Honestly feel uncomfortable asking for assistance at this location and they are not very nice when you need help. My advice would be only go there for the basics if possible:(

My garage was hit by the carrier on March 6th. I called and spoke to the Brillion Postmaster as soon as he was in next, on March 8th. Both the Postmaster and the carrier arrived at my property where we all confirmed it was him, the carrier and his little truck. I sent the Postmaster the pictures of the tracking numbers delivered, pictures of damage and my personal information. He informed me that I would be contacted but it can take awhile sometimes.
