I called her with an odd request to see if she had a brooch in the store still that I had seen a week before but did not purchase and described it to her. She went out of her way to find the brooch and even gave me her personal phone number so I could send her a picture so she could make sure it was the right one. She then put it on hold for me until the next day so that I could purchase it. It truly was exceptional customer service and I will be back!”

Ben has an incredible eye for quality and history — he can tell you the story behind almost any piece in the shop, and he does it with enthusiasm, not sales pressure.
