I purchased the Parsons Air Hockey Table. It was purchased from Wayfair. I was thrilled with the color and it functions well. However, after one session of play, there was tons of damage around both goal areas. The wood chipped in many places and even gave one of our guests a large sliver. The next day, I went to Home Depot and bought a piece of clear plastic stick on corner molding, cut it to size and stuck it on to prevent further damage. I sent pics to Brunswick and had some communication and got a ticket # for my complaint. After periodically sending emails looking for resolution, they finally got back to me and to sum up their response, they basically said it is wood and has the potential to chip and offered nothing. I called Wayfair and informed them of the problem and they instantly offered me a 20% refund to keep the table as is. At least they understand customer service. Brunswick Billiards is lucky that Wayfair is willing to cover for their design flaw. If they simply added a clear plastic piece on the inside edge of the goal areas that has a cutout to match the wood goal area, the problem would be solved and I would have given their product a 5 star rating.

I wish I could have a Brunswick table to love but Brunswick doesn’t seem to want to ship the one I bought and paid for, communicate consistently and promptly, and give specific details on progress. After 7 weeks I’ve finally contacted my bank to have the charges reversed. I’m so disappointed this has been one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had. They don’t answer customer service calls live and don’t return voicemails. Emails are sporadically answered and vague. “It should ship tomorrow...” two weeks later nothing and no correspondence. I also have a cover for the table I never received I need to return for a refund.
