Heard about their famous grilled cheese sandwiches a few years ago. I live about an hour away but have been back several times. Great selection of cheeses available too. A must do if your in the area. Make sure to try the secret sauce.

Come from Texas to get their aged cheddar. Decatur dairy cheese is by far the best. The people are super friendly and helpful. Had a huge order and got us taken care of just lickity split. (That's really fast in Texan ?)
