Honestly, how is this place still in business? Over the last several years, you hear nothing but horrible things about Abby Windows. Stop calling "the girl" in the business and start calling someone who actually knows what they're doing. She claims to not be a "chuck in a truck" place but that's literally all she is. She's a useless, scummy, "Chuck in a Truck" business that should have been closed long ago. Don't let her commercials and fake reviews fool you, she doesn't care how your project goes, she cares about your money.Pro tip, *****DONT SIGN THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION UNLESS YOUR PROJECT IS ACTUALLY COMPLETE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE FINANCING. ***** That is her trick to get your financing processed, she can claim you signed the Certificate of Completion, even though you were given some run around excuse claiming it to only be what was completed so far. She just needs that piece of paper signed and then she doesn't care what happens to your project. Unless you go to BBB or social media of course, then she just forces you to take down all of your reviews in exchange for her to finish what you already paid for. SHE IS A CON ARTIST AND A THIEF. RUN!!!! Don't walk, RUN!And now she wants to add a bathroom remodeling division?!?! She can't even finish the projects she has now....but wants to add a whole new division that she knows nothing about? Probably because she burnt too many bridges with her other divisions....

Windows look great and seem to be operating well upon install. Install did take a couple days longer than planned but they always were updating us to keep us informed.

****EDITED TO ADD SINCE THEY’RE STILL GETTING TRUTHFUL REVIEWS REMOVED AND GETTING THEIR EMPLOYEES, FRIENDS, AND FAMILY TO ADD FAKE ONES**** (I have proof of this in emails)This company is hands down the WORST company you could ever have the displeasure of working with. For the love of god, go anywhere else. Save your money, your sanity, and your time and effort. If you do happen to still go with this company for whatever reason they slime-balled you with, please do not be fooled by her twist of words when it comes time to sign the certificate of completion. DO NOT SIGN THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION UNTIL YOUR PROJECT IS 10000000% DONE. I don’t care if they tell you “this is just the part we completed today” it’s all a lie. That’s how they process your financing. Once they have your money, WHO CARES IF YOU STILL HAVE WORK TO BE DONE, they have your money and have been instructed BY THE OWNER to focus on the people that still owe money. If you have a service, you’re put on the back burner until you start threatening and reporting to the bbb. Best of luck.Oh and Abby, take your useless cease and desist letters and shove them where the sun don’t shine. ?Yikes…stay away. They pay for positive fake reviews and flag the negative ones so potential customers can’t see the real deal. They will flag this and it will be removed in no time. If you have a problem that escalates, the only way to get a response is to go to the BBB and only then will she try to “fix” the problem with a weak, unfair, offer of resolution. STAY AWAY!!!! The more I find out the more shocked I get that IT STILL GETS WORSE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY AND SAVE YOUR SANITY.

Abby Windows and Exteriors deserves 10 stars if I could score that many. They put new roofs on both my house and garage this year. Their crew was all business. They came, they worked hard, they cleaned up so thoroughly that not a spare nail could be found. The project manager was first rate, staying on top of everything and in communication with me throughout the project. On top of that, all this at a reasonable price. I could not be happier for having chosen to work with Abby.

Less than a star.I was Bullied when they did not complete job and wanted payment. Started in May 2023 and what they bullied me about was completed Jan 11, 2024. Completion was not what was verbally promised. Watch out because they do not honor verbal promises. I followed through with a verbal agreement regarding the original contract, because it was not the price we verbally agreed on. Verbal price was $10,000.00 more. Verbal does not apply with them. They also sent out subcontractors to do the job and I could not communicate with them because I did not speak their language. Could not talk to them because it was an automated answering system and I could figure out what extention. When I left a message they never returned the call. Just be sure to get all promises in writing and get a copy. I missed the chance to get a copy, then there was no record of it. Imagine that.

Run, don’t walk away! When the first two estimate appointments were no call/no shows, I should have known. The original project was scrapped due to high estimates. When we changed to roofing, siding and four windows, we unfortunately called Abby again. Mistake, big, big mistake. Our sales Andrew was very nice, very thorough and convinced us our prior experience was not the “Abby” way. I’ll give Andrew the benefit of the doubt and say he was not lying, but it certainly was not the truth. This was May of 2023. 100% lack of communication, responsiveness and concern began the very next day. We ordered one type of siding and changed our minds the next day (we were assured it would be no problem at the time of our order). Given we had three days to make a change per the contract I made multiple calls, sent emails and talked to two ladies in the office asking for help in changing, I was assured a call back, which I never got. I ended up going in person to the office to cancel outright on day three. I talked to TJ, the GM, and he got the change done and convinced me to stay. Another huge mistake. Should have walked away. There were zero updates from Abby in regard to constant delays. The roofing was done about two months later (about 3 weeks after promised). The roofers were no call no shows the first appointment. I had to call to find out what was going on. The roofing did go well, though. The gutters were next, but the fascia was not put on. I was told by Abby the fascia would go on after the siding was done. This didn’t make sense, because the fascia is behind the gutter, but they are the “experts.” The windows were next, but another no call no show for the window installers. A call to Abby again and I was told the installers were delayed at another project. The following day they showed up and I asked about their problem install the day prior and they had no idea what I was talking about, they didn’t have an install the day prior. Flash forward to November without a single call or email from Abby that did not begin without a call or email from us. We emailed and called asking for the new GM name and number, with no response. Abby contracted with the manufacturer to do have their crew do the siding install, and yet again, two more no call no shows for install (this time weather related). I was told that it was MY responsibility to contact the installer with this concern, even though Abby subbed out the work to them and I had zero contact with the manufacturer or their rep. Install went ok, aside from some broken pieces of siding, dented/scratched window wrap, garbage left in yard for weeks, wood strips nailed into my planter boxes, unmounted electrical boxes and damaged light boxes (all of which were eventually repaired). A down spout was hung on an angle and never fixed (I actually told them to not come back to my house ). When the crews were wrapping up, I contacted Abby because the fascia was still not done. I was then advised the fascia wasn’t even on the original contract, despite numerous phone calls, texts and emails discussing the install. The fascia was at Andrew’s suggestion. We did a change order to get it done. Two more no call no shows for the fascia install and I was done. Canceled the fascia install. Two weeks later they call and say the fascia crew was coming that day! A call to Abby and I was told that the cancellation was never forwarded to them. Erik, who I had been talking with was on vacation (fair enough, we all need vacation), but one covers for your project manger when he’s gone, so that didn’t get passed on. I was offered $500 off my $45k project for our “troubles” and told I’d need to sign a non-disclose of my experience. I told them no, but they gave me the $500 anyhow. We copied Abby herself on quite few emails, in the email we found for her, no response from her. I. A project that should have been fun and exciting was stressful and filled with disappointment. Project done late November 2023. I do know a girl in the business, and you should avoid her

I love our new windows, and what a difference they make aesthetically and economically. Our old windows did nothing to help with the heating costs. Nate and Nate made the process easy, and Carlos did a superb job installing them. I am 100% satisfied with Abby Windows!

Poor communication and the crew leader decided to take a break from completing my roof so that he and his crew could make some easy cash by doing side jobs for my next door neighbor which prolonged the completion of my roof. I wouldn't use Abby again. Will be going elsewhere for my garage reroofing.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! We signed back in October to have our roof replaced. The roofing company came out quickly and was done in two days. A younger lady wanted me to sign the work off on a work of completion even though the roof was done, the gutters, fascia, and soffit were NOT done. I was told another company will be coming out that day. Never happened. We thought maybe the next week, but no one came out. Then my husband got a phone call for payment, but the work wasn't done. We were given the run around, told to call all these people and had MULTIPLE broken promises of "being on the schedule next week" or "we're next on the list." The roof was done on October 20th. It is now November 28th and they STILL have not been out to complete the job! It's nothing but a hassle and completely unprofessional! We're done trying to contact them and given the run around. It's a complete fraud!!!UPDATE:The same day of my negative review, my husband was contacted by Adam apologizing and admitted that Abby wanted him to contact him because of my review. He also asked if my husband could talk to me about taking my review down. The only reason we were reached out to was because of my review. After some more back and forth from Itzel, the contractors finally came on December 11th. Now, the work on both the roof and gutters, fascia, and soffit were excellent! The conteactors were here for 3 days (December 14th) finishing up and did a great job!!We haven't heard anything from Abby Windows until TODAY Jan 5th, which is an email from Dan stating that the bill is overdue and if they don't have payment in 5 days, they will start a lein process....on work that was completed 22 DAYS ago (or 13 business days excluding the holidays) and we have not received a final bill on!!THIS is how Abby Windows decides to run their business. We will not use them for any other projects on our home or other properties. It's been nothing but a headache and a hassle. They commit FRAUD by wanting the complete project signed off as completed before all work is ACTUALLY completed, refuse to communicate with you unless you constantly call them or write a negative review, and then threaten a lein for work less than 30 days completed and with no final bill given. Like I said initially, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!We did pay online today. The money isn't the issue. It's the lack of communication and the lack of respect we received during this process. I really want to warn others out there that this is how customers are treated at Abby Windows!Edit:I was seriously considering raising my review to 3 stars ONLY because of the two companies that Abby Windows hired did do work did an excellent job. However, with the horrible communication and no response in some instances, like a detailed email my husband sent with attachments to both Adam and Abby on December 4th regarding how this whole process was for us with dates of phone calls and unanswered emails and stating we understand delays and us just wanting to be kept in the loop was never answered or acknowledged by either one of them, then receiving an email threatening a lein today after no communication about a final bill, I decided to keep the 1 star review and give a more detailed update on what we really went through. We never expected it to be a simple or fast process, but we excpected to have open communication on delays or setbacks and not given the runaround. My husband and I are very reasonable and understanding, all you need to do is communicate with us. If they kept us up to date and we didn't have to keep asking what is going on, then this could have easily been a 5 star review even with setbacks. We just needed communication!I have more trust and confidence in the roofer we hired for our New Mexico place, than I do with Abby Windows. Even through we're several states away, he was an excellent communicator, very fast, and efficient. He will definitely get more work with us. This is how every company

We love our new windows! We have a ranch and had Abby replace all of our windows. 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and 2 very large windows in the living and dining rooms. We chose to go with sliders and we just love the look of them, and the quality is just great. The installation crew did a great job. They were punctual, friendly, and respectful of our property. They put down drop cloths inside where they needed to be walking on our carpet, cleaned up after themselves and got the job done in 2 days instead of the scheduled 3! We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Abby.

Windows are great so far, took 9 month to get installed, no follow up or communication on two windows being replaced due to manufacturer error

Salesman, Adam, did an excellent job describing various windows and answering questions. Installation was excellent and well done. Looks great. The window took 4.5 months to arrive, which did surprise me.

Had a great experience with Nate as he went the extra mile to accommodate our very busy schedule. He made it easy to understand and did not use any high -pressure sales. Can't wait to get the windows!
