We had a wonderful experience with Taveon at the Brookfield WI location. I had my 2.5 year old with me, and not only did he help us find dining chairs, he played with my daughter and kept her busy. He was very patient, helpful and kind! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our experience with Tay and Lara Who took the time and had the patience to allow us to find the home decor we needed. We ended up buying a lot more pieces than we originally planned, but that was due to their guidance and the layout model that allowed us to visualize the furniture in our own space. Fantastic team, and very professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their space.

Ordered a bed from them in January. It is now almost June, and they have not reached out about setting up a delivery. I have called multiple times to inquire about it, and every time I do, they direct me to someone else, who claims it’s not ready. Given how EXPENSIVE the bed was, I was expecting this to be delivered in a timely manner. I am still sleeping on a mattress on the floor. This feels like a SCAM!

I have worked with Ciera Becker a few times now and she is super friendly and helpful! She helped with my recent purchase of a rug for my living room and just now with some accessories (pillow, Sherpa throw and a throwbed). The rug matches my Kipton couch perfectly and the delivery experience was great. I will continue to look for her for future purchases as I really enjoy working with her!

The worst experience I’ve ever had now I know why they have bad reviews Emy was so rude took our money on a chair and made us bring the chair back and kept the money said they gave us a refund but never did you can’t talk to anyone else.

I bought a floor sample chair less than a year ago and the sale price was 1200.00 it has completely fallen apart we have tried to re screw it and fix it but it just falls apart! Contacted the store they pretty much said nothing they could do and contacted corporate says nothing they could do! I will never purchase another thing from this co. This is unacceptable customer service and garbage furniture!

I purchased 2 pillows that were on the floor but were sold out the day I returned to buy them. I was told that they are custom but since they were on the floor I assumed also stock. I was told it would take two days to ship them but it is taking 6 weeks because the fabric was not in stock and I was not told. I found something else because I had guests over and returned to the store a week ago because I wanted to return them (still have not received them but once I called to inquire about them, they were shipped a few day later I was told) and I was also told now they are final sale and cannot be exchanged for something else. Since they were on display in the store, I am not sure why they could not be exchanged at least. I had intended to buy a sofa for my office but I will give another company that sale. I used to regularly shop at that store, , however I will not return and will let others know of their customer service policy. Every furniture store allows you to re-select especially since I have not received them and a week ago when I talked to them, they did not even have the fabric in stock to make them.
