Average purchasing experience. While we are happy with the quality and design of our piece, it become inherently frustrating trying to manage the delivery and fix the quality issues.Our piece was delayed an additional 3-4 weeks without any notice or contact from Arhaus. I had to be the one to inquire, and was then told there was a quality issue and that we would need to wait ANOTHER 2-3 months. After inquiring further, they informed me that there are a few pieces that did in-fact meet the quality spec and that I would receive my piece soon. hmm... a little suspect. This already started to feel mis-managed.Our piece finally arrives at our location, and part of the piece base has been touched up with spray paint!! In addition to the top being scratched during shipping. Turns out the "quality issue" was missing paint due to damage, and Arhaus decided to try and paint it themselves with spray paint. Are you kidding!? At this level?More issues arose with the $300.00 "white-glove" delivery, which don't be fooled is no different than any other guy showing up in a truck and assembling your furniture. The out-sourced delivery company was difficult to deal with, and our delivery happen to come with stripped screws, and smashed washers free of charge. What a terrible way to install a piece of furniture that is supposed to be of this quality.Overall, just a poor buying experience, Arhaus tried to make it right and in the end, we got what we purchased but the pure lack of care during the entire process was astounding, and the fact they thought it was acceptable to try and sell damaged goods is shocking.

Just so disappointed in Arhaus. A few years back, I purchased a sectional from them and loved it. It's on the more expensive side, but you expect good customer service and quality furniture for the price. This year, I purchased a similar SIX piece sectional that was on sale. It was a good price and I was stoked. When they delivered it....only THREE pieces of the sectional were delivered. I've spent hours on the phone and emails trying to resolve the matter but despite my receipts that all indicate a SIX piece sectional, they want to charge me an additional $1800 for the other three pieces. NO THANKS. It's false advertising and I will no longer buy anything from Arhaus.

I purchased a desk and large bookcase in January and it took 3 attempts to deliver furniture in good condition. After attempting a repair initially on the desk that didn’t work, they ordered a replacement and that arrived with quality issues and was returned and replaced. When the first repair was made I could tell that the furniture was not wood at all, the stain used didn’t take or actually stay on the furniture and it was actually white where color was removed. I’ve come to the conclusion that both pieces are not wood at all and some type of white plastic that is made to look like wood. I purchased a stain repair kit from them that doesn’t even work because the stain just doesn’t stick because it’s not wood that would absorb it. This is expensive furniture and the quality is poor. Luckily I bought this on sale but will probably never buy furniture here again.

Purchased dining room chairs (on/line!) and love them. They arrived very quickly, the delivery service was great and the chairs are fabulous/ great quality. I’d give them a 10 based on their merchandise but Arhaus charges for delivery and anytime I make a purchase over $1000. I believe delivery should be included. There are several other purchases I’d make but refrain and do business with companies offering complimentary delivery. The delivery charge is a flat rate and does not increase with number of items but that doesn’t help when you aren’t ordering together.

Had a great experience with Erika S at Arhaus. She answered all of my questions about measurements, furniture placement, and aesthetics. She was so patient with our timeline and really catered to our needs and wants. We had some hiccups with wanting to change out some sconces but she helped us return and choose new ones with no problem. She even figured out exactly what I wanted from minimal descriptions, and was able to obtain pieces that were going out of stock. Our couch, sconces, end table, basket, and lights have arrived and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and look of the furniture, quality of the delivery team, and quality of service from Erika at Arhaus Milwaukee. I’m so glad we randomly came into the store and met her.

Had a great experience with Tay at Brookfield Arhaus. He was helpful and accommodating. When our dresser had a flaw on the outside drawer we reached out and had it replaced. Manual and the team came today to move the heavy piece and provide utmost support and wonderful customer service! He was so kind introducing himself and making sure we were satisfied. Very considerate of our daughter/son in laws new home as well….since they have no driveway Manual removed his shoes to not get their carpet dirty. It’s those little things you notice that make your employees exceptional and stand out! 5 stars all the way. Thank you again Tay and Manual!Kindly,Nancy Thomas

Working with their shipping partner was a big headache. Our expensive TV cabinet came significantly damaged. They left it at our house and it took over a month to get it replaced. Delivery of the second unit did not come during scheduled time. For this reason I had to leave for an appointment while they were putting together unit. It appears that after I left they just stopped and left as well. They didn’t complete assembly and left all of the giant boxes in our living room (particularly annoying because we live in a high rise condo and finding space in recycling bins can be challenging). Shame. The people at the store were really nice to work with.

Took my family into the store and we were set on purchasing a Baumann entertaintment system, which is over $6000. I counted seven people working in the store and not one of them assisted us. I went online to see if I could find the piece and also have my questions answered. The chat function online was down. Not impressed with the store staff or purchasing experience. I'll find quality furniture elsewhere.(Updated 2023)Our next visit to Arhaus was excellent compared to our last visit and I am updating my review from 1 to 4 stars. The team was very responsive. Carly Hildebrandt did a great job of informing us of the timing on our furniture and it came in looking beautiful and without any issues. I am happy they have cleared up issues from our prior critical review.

Buyer beware! We bought 3 barstools $2100 plus tax Then a $300 delivery fee... The color did not go with our house...my fiancé called and they did not call him back they called and told me it would be $300 pick up fee ( I offered to drop them off and was told no) and a 10% restocking fee... that was the price of one stool... The manage rwas very rude! We were not told any of this at check out. He said "it's on the paper work" WOW? I so it will cost us $ 810 to return bar stools that cost $700 a stool. So terrible. The service should be so much better.

Love this store! Beautiful furniture choices! We had purchased from this store and had great customer care with very friendly people assisting us. Unfortunately, because of physical limitations, we have had to downsize from a house to an apartment and were forced to sell much of our furniture. I did enjoy it while I had it. Everything sold at Arhaus is high quality and worth every penny you spend on it. I would highly recommend this store to anyone shopping for their home. You will not find the pressboard /cardboard junk that most furniture stores sell these days. Buy here for furniture that you can hand down to family for years to come.

Arhaus is a super great place to consider if you're in the market for new furniture...or just want to spruce up your home! The prices are on the higher end, but are well worth it! Love the trendy and classy feel of everything I've purchased/seen in the store. If you are able, be sure to ask for Chris. Super nice guy and is super understanding, as well as helpful!

The employees were very rude. Went in to look for couches for living room and took pictures of the staged items for my mother, who was not there but wanted pictures and got yelled at for taking pictures when seeing then an older woman taking pictures of a shelf right next to an employee, but not getting talked to. We're not disturbing anyone, but got asked to leave the store because we weren't "shopping" when really we were. We had problems in the past ordering things from here, but never in person. They lost a customer and not going there again. They need nicer employees that don't look at their customers like rodents just because they are not wearing Prada sunglasses and a Louis Vuitton bag. Very biased.

We made the mistake of spending nearly 17k on furniture for our new home from Arhaus in Brookfield. You'd expect a company that is charging exorbitant prices for furniture to be able to provide an exceptional customer experience. They don't invest in their processes, and it's clear they don't outsource logistics and warranty services to the right companies (probably the cheapest). Go read reviews on Fidelitone (logistics company used for deliveries) and Uniters Protection Plan (fraudulent warranty 5-year protection plan). Jeff (store manager) wouldn't return my call, then told me that I worded the warranty claim wrong, and that's why my claim was denied. It's not when you notice the damage, it's when it actually happened. My wording is why the claim was denied. It's a complete joke. Shame on Arhaus for partnering with a warranty company that denies everyone (read the reviews, everyone has the same experience that we had). The entire customer experience has been terrible, and the quality of the furniture is sub-par. At the end of the day, they don't back their products, and they leave their customers out to dry.
