Just went there through the drive-thru attempted to get money...... They asked me how I wanted my dominations.. a person who is not my teller came in the window and was very rude when he said do you have an ID and I said that's the only one I had he informed me I was expired which I didn't know I said well yeah you can't get any money out today so I'm going to have to cancel this and give you everything.... I think you're constantly I didn't appreciate his attitude he could have informed me in a better way that my ID was expired... Adorable customer service at this location.. the first time I have encountered a rude teller...this is not a customer service friendly location

I have an account here. I had to wire some money to my sister’s bank account in New Mexico. They said they would charge $20 for the service. They charged $100. I won’t have an account here for much longer. Update: I phoned the number they gave here. They said they’d call me back. They didn’t. Second update: Over a week later they called and reduced the fee to $28. I am satisfied.

Don't ever bank at Associated Bank because they don't tip DoorDash drivers.

Occasionally I deposit cash, recently I made two deposits of $4000 in cash. The first time the clerk stated we have to file a form because your depositing so much cash. I thought who cares, and didn't say anything. The second time another clerk said the same thing. I questioned why and she informed me that the IRS wants a report from anyone who deposits $10,000 or more in cash, but Associated Bank has it's own policy to report anything over $3000 in cash. She said if I didn't want to have a report filed I could make multiple deposits. If someone is suspicious I understand, but to do this to all of their customers seems off, when even the IRS does not require it. I have been with Associated bank since they began but are now considering a change.

If you want bad customer service, go here. Rude and don't care what you say. Don't listen to your needs. Go to a different branch if you must.

I had some online banking issues and the wait was so long that i decided to call the branch at Brookfield - Bluemound Branch. A banker named, Desiree, helped me. She LISTENED to my issues. I had planned on closing my account because I could not be able to maintain the minimum balance due to current financial situation. She was very understanding and empathetic. Instead of walking me through closing the account, she recommended another product that is best for my situation. It was exactly what I needed. She was very personable, professional as well as enthusiastic about helping me. Thank you...we could use more of you Desiree....

I have used the drive- in and the walk-in services since this branch opened. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. It is a well-run branch and very convenient to access.

Drive thru lanes are not SUV friendly. Scratched the same bumper twice on the narrowness of the lane. Will not return to this location.
