Alain and Montel gave THE best customer service I have ever gotten in person or by phone from AT&T in all my decades having them as my phone carrier. Go see them! They will take good care of you with courtesy, respect, attention and humor.

Alain was the person that helped us he went above and beyond and got a great deal on a family line we walked out with two new phones and a Samsung fold 5 in less then 15mins with all the paper work. If you guys are out there talk with Alain he’s got some great deals. 5stars for customer service

Worst experience ever. I used this location to get a new phone and get my wife on the same service as me. (ATT because of a work related promotion) I was sold on a "free" apple watch which actually did not work on my phone model (too old) which was or should have been obvious to the agent. They obviously knew it and then suggested I get a new phone when I was unable to connect it. I was able to quickly return the watch there only because I had a long wait in the store and used the time to connect it and realized then and there it would not work. They took the "watch" back as a return but left the $24 per month service on my account. I was scolded for wasting their time and money. (How about my time?) The phone my wife bought did not port over from her other carrier as expected based on what they told me. I worked through that on my own on line. I lost the mobile hotspot feature on my phone that I was not informed about. And that is now an additional expense (surprise). Finally, I found I have a service plan ($14/mo) on my bill that I declined in the store, which I am still trying to get taken off my plan.

They're deceiving customers with these supervisor who come in to solve a problem .Calling Spectrum now. Did live this long to be strong ? by AT&TNOTHING IS THEIR CUSTOMERS RIGHTS. Tricks with words. Not this time. Horrible

Deonta the store manager will do as little as possible to help you. My phone was accidentally shut off by AT&T and Deonta claimed he could not enter driver license information to get into the account. He also refused to get into the business account using the pin.I went to another AT&T store and they entered the pin and it worked just fine. The pin also worked when calling into AT&T, he refused to use AT&T phone to call for me when my phone was shut down by AT&T ? What’s a man supposed to do!Deonta then went silent and wouldn’t answer questions or look me in the eyes which means he’s lying and just refused to help me. I hope the regional manager sees this, Deonta will do as little as possible to help and will pull out his personal phone to entertain himself while in front of you.

Deonte is an amazing manager! He's super kind and goes above and beyond for his customers. Treats them like family, the other crew member was just as kind and hospitable! Love coming to this location.

I upgraded at this particular store back in July with Derich and it’s been a nightmare ever since. I was told my bill would be 279.00 and given accessories only to find out I was actually charged for said accessories and my bill after upgrade was almost 2000,00 I was livid and after numerous calls to ATT customer service and visits to the store I still have not been fully compensated for this experience and my bill is $60 more than what I was originally told it would be. I am disgusted with the lack of follow through on resolutions that have not come to fruition. I wouldn’t recommend ATT to anyone.
