Casey was absolutely wonderful! He really helped answer all of my questions and made it a painless process. I had a bad experience at the Brookfield location prior to coming in, and immediately Casey was so warm and welcoming it really turned things around. Really great customer service; I’ll definitely be back to this location!

I was due for a new iPhone and went in to the Wauwatosa location, expecting the typical, cell phone trade-in experience, trying to sell you anything and everything.
Instead, I was greeted by an extremely friendly employee named Casey, his energy was so welcoming and calm. He listened to what I wanted and wasted no time, was friendly and didn’t make a big deal about me coming in 30 minutes before close. I hope everyone can learn from him, he was the perfect example of great customer service! Thank you Casey!

I was able to cut my phone bill my adding my land line to my cell phone. So now everything is in one place. I should have done this a long time ago. Something to try if you have a both a land line and a cell phone.

Customer service with Casey was spot on! I had visited the ATT&T store several months ago and left with my questions unresolved. Met with Casey the latter part of May, 2024. He corrected misconceptions I had about my IPHONE and my ATT&T service and led me to a great deal and upgrade. Casey was knowledgeable and considerate. Thank you, Casey, for your help!

Mayfair Collection on 114th and Burleigh is truly exceptional. Das was extremely patient with an old lady and her 17 yr old Granddaughter very knowledgeable. I drove past 4 AT + T offices so I could work with Das(who should get a bonus for dealing with us and it's not on purpose but brain injury). I switched to you after 20 yrs with Verizon so here's to a great working relationship!
