Worst customer service ever. 5 young men all standing around talking about things that should not be talked about in public. Swearing and goofing off the whole time I waited. Finally the tallest older male handed me the order with a scowl on his face. Very rude. Very unprofessional staff. No wonder there are so many horrible reviews.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY GAVE ME A PRETZEL THAT WAS HALF EATEN AND HAD BITE MARKS IN IT. THERE WAS CHEESE MARKS INSIDE OF THE PAPER THE PRETZEL WAS IN. THEY GAVE ME A PRETZEL THEY HAD BEEN SNACKING ON. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. the lemonade tastes like they didn’t wash out the machine after using cleaner on it.

Nasty burnt pretzels. Bad customer service can barely hear the associate. I ordered the cinnamon bites and they were huge. Kept tasting a weird taste when I got to the bottom it looked as if one of the bites had a “BITE”. Looked like someone ate a piece and put it back. They need to be shut down just nasty.

I expected so much more of this place. I went to order and the lady didn’t know what she was doing. (She could’ve been training so that fine) The other worker (another lady) completely ignored her co-worker. I got my pretzels and they are completely soggy and old to the point where the hotdogs just fell out of the pretzel and I could feel the sogginess just touching it. The cheese sauce too was very chunky and gelatinous and the drinks were nasty too. I also was told to insert my card, so I did, and then the cashier asked me what the second oder I wanted was. Took double the time then it should’ve. I couldn’t understand the cashier either as she was whispering to me and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times and she seemed annoyed after that. The other older lady proceeded to ask the two men behind us what they wanted and gave them free food disregarding the other customers trying to order. I don’t think I will ever order from this place again.

Customer service is so horrible! Ive been 3 times and don't think I'm going back! The older woman should be ashamed of herself. I walked up to the counter waiting for her to greet me but she stared a hole through me and said NOTHING! I then spoke and said Hi but no response back, so then I proceeded to order and still she just stared like she didn't care what I was saying. The younger girl came from the back and she was no better, then the guy walked in and was complaining about his check and he doesn't make enough in tips and blah, blah, blah! My pretzels tasted so old and the sweet almond was old and burnt. I sent a complaint through the App and a woman emailed me making excuses saying that location was training people and I could get my pretzels again for free just show them the email to redeem them. That's horrible the way they behave and the company not taking the matter serious at all!!!

Staff is not customer service friendly. While I was talking, she gave me a, “hold on finger”, then walked in the back for about three minutes. No communication at all. Staff seemed overworked or upset about being at work.

Bought pretzels from this place 3 times in one week this year. Honestly it’s disappointing. The pretzels aren’t baked all the way and you can taste the raw dough. The way I see it, there’s more pretzels being made than the quality of the pretzel. That’s how you know it’s bad. It has to be quality over quantity.If you want better, tasting pretzels and don’t mind the drive. Go to Auntie Anne’s at south ridge mall.
