My eyebrows are generally pretty blonde even though the rest of my hair is darker. Krystal did a wonderful job on my hair and Grace always does amazing on tinting my eyebrows to match!!

I have been to massage therapist and reiki masters all over the world for multiple decades and nothing compares to the relief and effectiveness and knowledge of Susan. She is also very professional, thorough and really cares about all of her clients. Look forward to seeing you again soon!

I had the most amazing experience getting a facial with Wajiha Karimi yesterday! My skin is butter soft and just looks and feels amazing. Her technique was fantastic and so thoughtful. I had a deluxe facial with Tay and she was fantastic! From beginning to end, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and taken care of. I got great product recommendations for the issues I wanted help with, and now after the facial I have to stop myself from touching my face constantly! Rough, dead skin was softened and removed, and my pores extracted. For my first facial experience, Tay set the bar very high. Looking forward to book again with her!

I’ve gotten multiple facials and waxings from Adri at Azana. Adri always takes the the time to listen to my concerns with skincare and was great at coming up with a plan to target those concerns. She was well educated on all the products, how they work, and how to use them with each other to get the best results not only during the facial but how to use them at home as well on my own.With waxings I always feel super comfortable with her and she’s always very gentle when she’s doing the services. I’m always so impressed with the results!The actual salon and room is always clean and very private with a welcoming staff. I couldn’t recommend Adri enough!!Services: Acne treatments

My last experience was my favorite. I started with a massage with Mary, best massage I've had here! Then a facial with Eli, she was so kind, professional , and non-judgmental towards my skin and beauty routines. Lastly, I had a haircut with Krystal! My childhood friend and hairdresser recently became a stay-at-home mom so I was in desperate need of hair care! Krystal did exactly what I was hoping to get in a cut! Thank you thank ypu to everyone! Had a 220 dollar gift card, got my massage and after the massage gave them my gift card and was told it expired after one year. She pointed to the bottom where it said extremely small “expires after 1 year”… which would’ve been 2 months ago. The annoying part is I have had gift cards from them before that were good for 5 years. The writing was so faded I couldn’t even see it. She said they stopped doing that after 2021. I wouldn’t have even gotten a massage if I had not had gift cards. Very upset. So really they got double the money and I got one massage. I feel like I have been scammed. Won’t buy gift cards for family members again, I had bought several for people in the past. This used to be my go to place for massages.Service: Back massages

I always love going to Azana for relaxing services. They definitely provide a spa like feel and environment on the second level. There are men and women "locker" rooms to change in to a robe with other amenities including showers. I love getting there early and sitting in the relaxation room prior to my service. Ell did an awesome job with my facial last week. Very relaxing and my skin felt very refreshed!Services: Skin treatments

I had the best massage ever with Mary. She asked all the right questions to address my problem areas and even pointed out some tight areas I didn’t know I had. Thank you Mary!I had a wonderfully relaxing facial with Ell. She is extremely knowledgeable about skin care and gave me a customized plan to address my rosacea. I really appreciated this. I feel sad that I even have to write this review because the facial I received a few months ago was great. The employee was super sweet and I loved her. Enough where I made a second appointment for tomorrow, 02-09-23. Unfortunately I had to cancel, and I know they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. So today I called to cancel my appointment and reschedule it. When I spoke to the front desk she said there was a mistake in my appointment had actually been scheduled for today. I informed them that there was no way that was correct because I scheduled it for tomorrow. I asked if there would be an issue with canceling the appointment and she stated there would not be and she would cancel it for me. A few hours later I received a notice from my bank that they charged my card for the service. I called back asking why they charge my card when they stated they will take care of it and it would be fine, she stated she said it would be fine because she can remove it from the schedule. Not that that they would not charge me the cancellation fee. I asked why she didn't inform me she would still have to charge me a cancellation fee to be up front... and she didn't have an answer. Even when I explained that multiple times that I had actually booked appointment for tomorrow they would not admit that their employee had made a mistake, and stated there was nothing they could do. I had to open a fraud for the charge, had to get a new credit card because I don't trust them to have my information on file, and had to file a report with the Better Business Bureau. I'm sure they will respond to this review stating that they have a 24 hour cancellation policy posted. If I was canceling within the 24 hours I would completely understand and I would not be making this review. However, I canceled my appointment way over 24 hours in advance for the appointment that I had scheduled. But due to an employee mistake of being booked incorrectly they still took the fee. I absolutely would not trust this business especially with having a card on file. Who knows how often this happens when employee makes a mistake with booking and the customer is on the hook because of it. I understand employees make mistakes and it's not a big deal. However, the customer should not be punished for it.
