Had an exceptional visit working with BATTERIES PLUS worker Courtney! The task at hand was a bit challenging and she didn’t give up. She was patient, professional, confident , kind, and courteous. A grade A+ Problem solver. Highly recommend this location. I’ve worked with others in the past and have always been grateful upon leaving the store. Keep up the great work ethic!

Ordered online for 15% off for Memorial Day, picked up in store. Received a text my order was received but never got a text saying it was ready? They did send an e-mail finally so I picked it up. The guy had a difficult time refunding the $10 core charge? In the end he said he gave me a $5 refund??? There were 2 other employees in the store and he never asked either one if they could help him???

Despite it being late and under ten degrees the two awesome employees of this location were able to happily replace my van's battery despite it's tricky location and the lack of light. I could not be more complimentary about my experience here, will absolutely be back!

I ordered a truck battery online and picked it up in-store. I brought the dead battery with me. I asked the guy about getting the core charge removed from my purchase. He said it was taken care of, printed a receipt, and I left. Now, the next day, I see that I did NOT get a refund on the core charge. Not cool. You owe me 10 dollars!
